I just started Noom last week. So far, I love it. I haven’t learned anything groundbreakingly new, but what i love is the added support and motivation, as well as seeing my results through graphs. I also love how it’s helping me to stop viewing foods as good or bad, which was often behind my bad choices (I’m a food rebel). I think someone could definitely lose weight with self-motivated efforts, but I’ve crashed and burned enough times in the past that I knew I needed an accountability partner in this, and I needed to put my money behind it so that I was invested to keep going. One week, and I’m 3 pounds down, and I can totally see me reaching my goals. I’m determined not to fall again, and I think this is really going to help with my success.
