Ugh. I went viral with the very first article I wrote for Medium. It was about politics and religion combined, and full of things people disagree with, so it was a sure recipe for instant success. It's also nothing I want to write on a regular basis. I've written many more articles since that one, and had a few that garnered some attention - but nothing close to the success of that first article.

All is well, though. I only came here to share what I have to say and not to get rich, and the success of that first article was completely unexpected. But boy did it set the bar high and set me up for disappointment after that!
